The Landgasthof Vogtareuther Hof, which has been run by the Steinbacher family since 1992, is located in the center of Vogtareuth. The innkeepers Stefan and Marianne Steinbacher represent the soul of the traditional Vogtareuther Hof inn, which is run as a Hotel Garni. The country inn has been family-owned for more than 50 years and they have been there for their guests from near and far for around 30 years.
The hotel is in an ideal starting position for excursions into the mountains, to the Chiemsee or to Munich and Salzburg. Travelers, bikers and hikers are warmly welcomed at the Vogtareuther Hof. Cyclists can start directly from the hotel on the popular Innradweg and then store their bikes safely in the bicycle garage.
Father, mother, daughter & son – their passion is gastronomy. Hospitality, closeness to the homeland and decades of tradition are already shaping the life of the family in the second generation.
Father Stefan and mother Marianne inherited their enthusiasm for the profession of gastronomy to their two children. The daughter Anna runs the renowned Hotel Fletzinger in the old town of Wasserburg am Inn independently, the son Stefan lets his creativity run free as a cook.
Stefan Steinbacher runs his fish farm with passion, which offers guests the opportunity to order trout and char. The freshly caught trout and char from the local fish farm are a special treat for the palate. These grow in oxygen-rich, cool spring water from their own springs in a species-appropriate manner.
The Steinbachers represent a host family with body and soul and are already looking forward to welcoming guests who want to soak up the charm of the region.
